CEINGE facilities

The following databases have been developed to support specific CEINGE facilities:
- The sequencing facility uses a locally developed database in order to interact with the users requesting the sequencing, to organize its internal work and to deliver the results. The users may take advantage of the programs available locally to further analyze the obtained sequences.
- The Oligo synthesis facility uses a database system to keep track of the requests and to organize the internal activity. The users may follow the synthesis process and be informed of the delivery.
- A system for following and storing cell lines, viruses and other biological samples was developed to help the Cell bank facility to keep track of the numerous cell lines and their propagation, as well as the storage location of samples and their information.
