PROGsDB is a database developed to keep track of all programs currently installed at bioinformatics site. Information as version number, installation date, documentation may be found here PROGsDB. It is possible to search tools also by their belonging to a particular sub-category (for example the BLAST sub-category is Nucleic:Similarity Search, Protein:Similarity Search) or by words in their description.
