This site is aimed to collect and present in a comfortable way the research activity and the services provided by the Bioinformatics Group at CEINGE, but also to be an entry point for more extensive documentation, and to provide access to the services.

The group
The group is coordinated by G. Paolella and includes scientists with different background. Research activity is organized along three main research lines, including genomic analysis and functional cell studies, as well as the development of tools for the storage and manipulation of biological data.
The Bioinfo portal
Through the Bioinfo portal at CEINGE (bioinfo.ceinge.unina.it), the group provides various services to the researchers at CEINGE, as well as to other research institutions and the scientific community, in the area of bioinformatics.
IT Services
Finally the group takes care of the many problems deriving from the support and maintenance of the internal data network and IT services at CEINGE.
