Oligos is a database of oligonucleotides requested from the CEINGE synthesis service. The system computes and stores in a relational database various oligonucleotide properties: melting temperature, GC content, sequence length, molecular weight, scale level, purification grade. A status flag informs the user about the synthesis process.
