PROGsDB is a database in which are stored all the programs currently installed at CEINGE's webservers. Click here to be redirect to the PROGsDB web-page, that allows to search between available bioinformatical tools. It is possible to search tools by their name, package or version or by their belongings to a particular sub-category (for example the BLAST sub-category is Nucleic:Similarity Search, Protein:Similarity Search) or by words in their description.
