Currently genomeannotator create a list containing multiple annotations for Interpro. These annotations need to be fused in larger one containing multiple properties (see genomeannotator help). Currenty the supported interpro annotations (property in Argo) are:

HMMSmart
HAMAP
HMMPanther
HMMPfam
