Each bioprogs binary is replaced by a link to /bioprogs/clr_computing/bin/ln2cmd: a command that allows executing remotely the corresponding command on a cluster node. Example:

grc_translate -> /bioprogs/clr_computing/bin/ln2cmd

To execute a command in batch by using the & character needs that the corresponding binary is replaced by /bioprogs/clr_computing/bin/ln2cmd_nostdin. Example:

grc_translate -> /bioprogs/clr_computing/bin/ln2cmd_nostdin
