Overview
The Sequence Retrieval System (SRS), developed at the European Bioinformatics Institute (EBI) and by the Biowisdom company and used by major research centres, provides a single interface for access to the biological databases (DBs) and creates links for multiple searches. Thus, data from various DBs can be compared with each other and with locally produced data. Researcher can also create personal projects and store all performed queries and relative results.
