  • Reported current configuration of backup systems (Angelo). Backup configuration
  • DNS configuration for computing.ceinge.unina.it (Mauro) zone: the zone computing.ceinge.unina.it has been transferred on dns1.ceinge.unina.it (.25) and dns2.ceinge.unina.it (.32). The master zone ramains clustermanager (public - IP .19). All non-diskless servers resolv.conf files have been updated
  • Wiki pages for the science activity reports (Luca). The pages are accessible from the Research activity report page and structured in years and months.

  • Corrected some issues concerning the script used to create a new project in biodev (Angelo). Project initialization
  • Moved CEBSMA web site ([www.cebsma.unina.it]) to ceingeweb (Angelo).

  • Removed in MailScanner.conf spamhaus-ZEN from the list of spam blacklists (RBLs): in some cases mails sent by using mailsend.ceinge.unina.it from outside of CEINGE where erroneously tagged as spam (Angelo).

  • Configured the user interface webserver to share via http the motocell and genomeannotator projects (Luca & Angelo). The configuration is described here.
  • Changed resolv.conf on cluster nodes (centos5 and redhat) and on centos5 servers (Angelo). DNS configuration
  • Modified the configuration of DNS servers on auth01, auth02 and clustermanager (Angelo). DNS server configuration

  • Fix the bug about the impossibility to launch program contained within /bioprogs/ in batch by using & from ui.ceinge.unina.it (Luca). Added a copy of ln2cmd tool. Execution on cluster

  • Configured all worker nodes of different clusters (centos,sge and grid) with correct net eth1 and eth1.92 configuration. (Mauro) See WN-eths page.
